On February 10, 2003, Jake Smith gave permission to Tyler Huff for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

June 24, 2005 UPDATE:
Only Jake Smith (The White Buffalo) SOLO shows are allowed up on archive.org. Full band shows are not allowed at this time. This statement will be amended when updates are available.
Policy Notes
Tyler had also gotten previous verbal OK at a show from a former manager for taping and trading.
